SCREWS FOR CORKSCREWS

Screws manufacturing process begins with the purchase of special steel rods, which are cut at different lengths, depending on different needs of customers. In the following step, steel cut-down sizes are placed in a feedbox linked up to a sharpening machine, and are automatically carried into a heating tunnel. As soon as the necessary heat to forge pieces is reached, a threading machine drives these pieces into a coining die, where a screw is forged.

After cooling down, an operator takes screws one by one and sharpen them so they can be screwed into a cork or plastic stopper. Therefore, you can understand why no screw can be same to another one after this last working step.
